
WVU Heads to Bison Outdoor Classic

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University track and field team travels Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, for the Bison Outdoor Classic, hosted by Bucknell, on April 11-12.
Competition is scheduled to begin on Friday and continue through Saturday.
The Mountaineers are coming off a strong showing at the Dalton Ebanks Invitational, highlighted by Annishka McDonald's record breaking performance in the high jump. McDonald cleared 1.87 meters to win the event, breaking her own school record set the previous week.
Olivia Cress added two personal best efforts, clearing 1.73 meters in the high jump and running 14.43 in the 100 meter hurdles. Lily Haught also recorded a personal best in the 400 meter hurdles (1:03.53, finishing fifth.
