MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University women's tennis team hosts Cleveland State and Mount St. Mary's in a home doubleheader on Saturday, Feb. 8, at Summit Tennis Academy in Morgantown.
The Mountaineers will face Cleveland State at 9 a.m. ET and Mount St. Mary's at 5 p.m.
West Virginia (2-4) has lost four straight matches and is home for the first time since Jan. 18. In its last outing, West Virginia lost to VCU and William and Mary.
So far this season, senior
Michaela Kucharova has led the way for the Mountaineers in singles play at 3-2 overall. She has primarily played in the No. 3 spot in the lineup.
The doubles pairing of senior
Mille Haagensen and freshman
Lyla Byers has found success throughout the season, going 3-3. The pairing has played in the No. 1 seed match in all but one match this year for WVU.
