
West Virginia Faces No. 22 TCU on Wednesday

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University volleyball team (8-19, 2-14 Big 12) takes on No. 22 TCU on Nov. 27 in Morgantown. First serve is slated for 7 p.m. ET, inside of the WVU Coliseum.
The Mountaineers celebrate Fansgiving on Wednesday night, as fans will have the opportunity to enter to win a variety of prizes.
Join the Mountaineers for a Weeknight Happy Hour every weeknight game for half off all beverages from the time gates open, one hour prior to the match, until first serve.
Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance by visiting WVUGAME.com or calling 1-800-WVU GAME. When purchasing online, tickets are $6 each and $5 each for groups of 10 or more. Any remaining tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for youth and seniors and $5 for groups at the ticket window on match day.
WVU student tickets also will be made available at the Mountaineer Ticket Office, located at the Coliseum. The office, as well as the stadium gates, opens at 6 p.m., on game day.
WVU students are admitted for free with a valid WVU Student I.D.

Wednesday's match marks the 27th meeting between the Horned Frogs and the Mountaineers. In the team's last meeting, West Virginia took the win in five sets, 3-2 on Oct. 14, 2023.
Last time out, WVU was defeated in three sets by BYU, 3-0 on Nov. 23 inside of the George Albert Smith Fieldhouse in Provo, Utah. The Mountaineers were led by senior outside hitter Hailey Green who tallied 12 kills on the match.
Jason Williams is in his third season at the helm of the Horned Frogs, with a record of 53-33. TCU enters the match 19-7, with a 11-5 mark in conference play. TCU travels to West Virginia after defeating Texas Tech, 3-0 on Nov. 22 in Fort Worth, Texas.
