
Men’s Basketball Nonconference Game Promotions Announced

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics has released its 2024 men's basketball nonconference home game promotional schedule at the WVU Coliseum.
The Big 12 Conference promotional slate will be announced at the time of conference single-game tickets going on sale in December.
Monday, Nov. 4 vs. Robert Morris (7 p.m., ET | ESPN+) | GET TICKETS
Home Opener
The 2024-25 home opener against Robert Morris will be Coach Darian DeVries' first regular season home game at WVU.
Poster Giveaway Night
Fans can pick up a copy of the 2024-25 WVU men's basketball schedule poster.
Friday, Nov. 8 vs. UMass (7 p.m., ET | ESPN+) | GET TICKETS
Military Appreciation
In honor of Veteran's Day on Nov. 11, the matchup with the Minutemen will be the Military Appreciation game. WVU will pay homage to veterans as well as active duty military members throughout the game.
The Mountaineer Ticket Sales and Service team is offering special discounted tickets to the UMass game for veterans and active duty military members as well as first responders.

Toy Drive
Fans are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy valued at $5 or more to donate to the Toy Drive on Wednesday, Nov. 20 vs. Iona. Athletics is partnering with WVU's Toy Mountain in an effort to help provide underprivileged children, in Morgantown, toys for the holiday season. Fans that bring a toy item to donate will received a discounted ticket voucher to a future WVU women's basketball home game this season.
Magnet Giveaway Night
One of the most popular giveaways of the year highlights the matchup with Iona as fans can pick up their WVU basketball schedule magnet for the 2024-25 season.

Gold Rush
The Big 12-Big East Battle with Georgetown will be a GOLD RUSH game. All fans in attendance are encouraged to wear GOLD to the game.
Fan Experience Activations
Fans will have the opportunity to take photos at the photo booth and enjoy face painting and balloon artistry in the concourse prior to the game.
The Mountaineer Ticket Sales and Service team is offering special group ticket packages to the Georgetown game for Union and Educator night.

Happy Hour Night
The first WVU men's basketball Happy Hour Night will be on Tuesday, Dec. 10! All beverages at all Coliseum concession stands will be ½ off from 5:30-7 p.m.

Family Day
The first Family Day of the season will be against Bethune-Cookman on Saturday, Dec. 14. Fans will be able to purchase 4 tickets and a $25 concession voucher for just $65.

Fans are encouraged to bring a canned food item for the Food Drive benefiting the Lions' Club. Fans that bring a canned food item to donate will received a discounted ticket voucher to a future WVU women's basketball home game this season.

The Mountaineers will be ready for all the Holiday festivities against Mercyhurst on Sunday, Dec. 22. Fans are encouraged to wear their favorite ugly holiday sweater to the game and can enjoy holiday themed promotions throughout the game including Santa photos in the concourse.
