West Virginia Competes at Mountaineer Twilight

MORGANTOWN, W. Va. - The West Virginia University track and field team is set to host the Mountaineer Twilight on Saturday, April 30, at the Track and Field Complex at Mylan Park in Morgantown, West Virginia.

The Mountaineer Twilight marks the fourth of five outdoor home meets for the Mountaineers this season. WVU last hosted the Mountaineer Twilight on May 1, 2021 when the team closed out the meet with four first-place finishes.
Then-freshman Abigale Mullings took first in the high jump competition, with a winning height of 1.72 meters. Then-redshirt freshman Sarah Stair and then-freshman Lydia Moell competed in the pole vault competition, sharing a winning height of 3.69 meters to both take first place.
Additionally, Ceili McCabe won the steeplechase competition with a winning time of 9:58.62. McCabe's time placed second best in outdoor program history, following her program first place finish of 9:57.93.
