The two squads met once as nonconference opponents back in 2009, with TCU claiming the 3-0 win at a neutral site. The Horned Frogs own a 10-4 lead in the all-time series, though, the two teams have split the home-and-away series the last two seasons. The Troy, Ohio, native also ranks 27th among all NCAA Division I players in blocks per set. DeMeo is on pace to etch her name in the WVU single-season record book. Her blocks per set average would rank No. 3 all-time by a Mountaineer sophomore and tie for eighth overall in a single season in program history. Additionally, she boasts 110 blocks on the year, 14 shy of moving into the top-four all-time by a sophomore.
Evans has played in all but one set for the Mountaineers this season. She leads the team with 314 kills, averaging 3.24 per set to rank eighth in the Big 12. The Palmdale, California, native has recorded double-digit kills in 18 matches, including 14 of the last 17.

TCU comes to Morgantown looking to bounce back from a 3-1 loss at Oklahoma last Friday. Freshman Elan McCall is back in the lineup, as she put down 18 kills and picked up 17 digs against the Sooners. Looking ahead, West Virginia will cap its regular-season home slate with a Big 12 match against Oklahoma (15-10, 7-6) on Saturday, Nov. 17, at 1 p.m. It is Mountaineer Kids Club Day, and fans will have an opportunity to receive the Mountaineers' autographs one last time following the match.
