MORGANTOWN, W.Va – The West Virginia University rowing team continued the spring season by competing against Alabama and Tennessee in the first-ever Big 12 Double Duals on Melton Lake in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, on Saturday.

"Our crews feel good about the quality of their racing today, but we all realize we need to find more speed,” King continued “Just as we've made good improvements since we were last in Oak Ridge, we'll make more improvements by the time we return for the Big 12 Championship."
West Virginia will return to the water in two weeks for a pair of races on Saturday, April 22, and Sunday, April 23. WVU will take on Duquesne and Dayton on the Allegheny River in Pittsburgh on April 22.
