Sandi West has been part of the Mountaineer Athletic Club since April 2016 and currently serves as the Associate Director of Development. In her current role, West serves as a key member of the Annual Fund team, which is tasked with identifying and growing support to WVU Athletics, and will help with the strategic planning and management of membership benefits, priority seating, premium seating, and parking.
 West came to West Virginia from the University of Miami, where she was the events planner for athletic alumni programs. In that position, she assisted with planning and executing various varsity sport reunions, the annual First Pitch Baseball Banquet and the 2016 Celebration of Women’s Athletics.

Also at Miami, West served as a football operations assistant from 2014-15, assisting with official visits, travel coordination and reimbursements for the coaching staff, as well as the execution of summer camps and clinics.

West previously worked as a ticket supervisor at IMG Tickets in Coral Gables from 2013-14 where she provided customer service to a number of different events across South Florida, including the Miami Open Tennis Tournament.

West received her bachelor’s degree in sport management from West Virginia University in 2012 and her master’s in sport administration from the University of Miami in 2014.
