Caroline Michalak joined the Mountaineer Athletic Club staff in September 2021 to assist with the coordination of all special events, donor stewardship activities and data entry for all non-annual fund gifts to the MAC.
She also executes game day and event day operations and assists with hospitality for football, basketball and baseball for MAC donors.
Most recently, Michalak spent a year working at Binghamton University in Binghamton, New York, as the director of isolation and quarantine. Prior to that, she spent two years at the Metro Atlantic Atlantic Conference as its director of championships.
Her collegiate athletics experience also includes a three-year stint at Buffalo State from 2017-19 as its assistant intramural manager and assistant softball coach.
In the meantime, she also worked Sundays for the Buffalo Bills in premium services.
The Johnson City, New York, native earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. She received her undergraduate degree in communications in 2013 and earned a master’s in sports administration in 2018.
Michalak resides in Morgantown.
