Andrea Moran joined the West Virginia University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics in the summer of 2018 as assistant business manager and was promoted to director of business reporting in September 2022.
In this role, she oversees the department’s daily transactions, working specifically with the Mountaineer Ticket Office and the WVU Foundation.
Previously, Moran worked six years at the WVU Foundation, beginning as a gift specialist in 2012 before being promoted to a revenue specialist and then eventually to major gifts program associate in 2015.
She also worked two years in the human resources department for the Department of Energy while completing work on her undergraduate degree in finance from WVU, graduating cum laude, as well as her earning master’s in business administration.
The Morgantown native and Morgantown High graduate, her husband, Jordan, and their son Ethan reside in Morgantown.
