• Earned first place at the Big 12 Championship in the distance medley relay, with the team of Ceili McCabe, Kishay Rowe and Mikenna Vanderheyden who crossed the finish line at the 11:18.08 mark
• Ran for a season best time of 4:35.55 in the mile at the Sykes and Sabock Challenge, claiming second place
• Became the third fastest Mountaineer in program history to run the mile with a time of 4:35.55
• Placed fifth in the 3,000 meters at the Penn State National Open with a time of 9:20.45
• CSC Academic All-District Team

• NCAA East Preliminary Round Qualifier (3,000-meter steeplechase)
• Finished 13^th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NCAA East Preliminary Round with a season best time of 10:08.86
• Placed second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the WVU Last Chance Meet with a time of 10:16.07
• Competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Big 12 Championship
• Earned a season best time of 4:31.19 in the 1,500 meters at the Raleigh Relays

• Ran at the University of Stirling for coaches Kirk Smith, Linda Smith
• Represented Scotland at the UK School Games, setting a new U17 Scottish Record in the 1500m steeplechase (2017)
• Won the Gold medal 1500m representing Scotland at the U18 Celtic Games International (2018)
• Member of the Scottish National Academy with a qualifying standard in the 200m steeplechase (2019)
• Represented Scotland East at the CAU Inter County Championship (2020)
• Senior Scottish National Champion, 3000m SC (2021)
• Champion representing Scotland at the Senior Loughborough International, 3000mSC (2022)
• Represented Great Britain at the U23 European Championships (2023)
