• Member of the 2V8+ boat that finished in second place in their heat and a fourth-place finish in the finals of the Knecht Cup Regatta on the Cooper River at Cherry Hill, New Jersey
• Rowed on the 2V8+ boat that competed at the Murphy Cup Regatta on the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
• At the Murphy Cup Regatta, Perro's boat won its morning heat and finished sixth in the finals

High School

• Three-year letterwinner for coach Ian Tapp at Ocean City High
• Helped lead Ocean City High to a second-place finish in the Philadelphia City Championship and a fourth place finish at the Stotesbury, the world's largest high school regatta
• Finished first in the Garden State Championship, won the Atlantic County Championship and Philadelphia City Championship as a sophomore
