• Placed second in two individual events against Villanova (500-yard freestyle (4:32.40) and the 1650-yard freestyle (15:34.22))
• Part of the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:06.47) team that placed second against Villanova

• Set a program record in the men’s 1,650-yard freestyle (15:20.04) to take second place at the Big 12 Swimming and Diving Championships
• Placed seventh in the 500-yard freestyle (4:27.06) at the Big 12 Championships
• Competed in the 5k and 10k events at the 2023 U.S. Open Water National Championships
• Won two events at the West Virginia State Games: the 1000-yard and the 500 freestyle
• Won the 500 freestyle and the 1000-yard against the University of Cincinnati
• Won the 1000-yard event against Pittsburgh on Jan. 14
• Took third-place in the 800 freestyle relay with Roanoke Shirk, Max Nielsen and Jamin Harlan at the Big 12 Swimming and Diving Championship

• Had three top-ten finishes at the CSCAA National Invitational, including the 1000 free (8th – 9:23.88), the 1650 (15:35.50) and with the 800 free relay (10th – 6:41.93); additionally, swam in the B final of the 400 IM (4:03.54)
• Reached the championship finals in the 1650 (4th – 15:21.57) and the 500 free (7th – 4:27.61) at the 2022 Big 12 Championships; also competed in the consolation finals of the 400 IM (3:58.61)
• Took home a pair of first-place finishes in the 500 free (4:39.77) and the 1650 (15:49.78) against Villanova
• Claimed first in the 500 free (4:30.90), second in the 1650 (15:31.23) and seventh in the 400 IM (4:0247) at the WVU Invitational
• Against PSU, he took second in the 1000 free (9:30.21) and fourth in the 500 free (4:41.00)
• Won the 1000 free (9:33.35) and the 500 free (4:37.56) at the WV State Games; additionally, finished seventh in the 200 free (1:45.77) and eighth in the 200 IM (1:59.39)
• Competed in the 5k and 10k events at the 2022 U.S. Open Water National Championships

2020-21 (Freshman)

• All-Big 12 First Team
• Earned bronze in the 1650 free (15.33.51) and appeared in the of B Finals of the 500 free (12th - 4:31.47) and the 200 free (16th - 1:43.03) at Big 12 Championships
• Against Notre Dame, he finished third in the 1000 free touching the wall in 9:23.26, recording a personal best; also competed in the 500 free (4th - 4:30.68) and the 200 free (1:42.69)
• Mullen took third in the 1000 free (9:27.32) and fourth in the 500 free (4:37.86) at WVU's season-opening meet at Pitt
• Competed in the 5k and 10k events at the 2021 U.S. Open Water National Championships
