- Swam the 200 IM (1:53.54), 400 IM (4:04.58), 200 breast (2:05.42) and was a member of the 200 medley relay (1:34.67) at the 2022 CSCAA National Invitational
- At the Big 12 Championships, he competed in the 200 IM (1:52.50), 400 IM (4:01.21) and the 200 breast (2:03.48)
- Won the 200 breast against Villanova with a time of 2:09.40; also swam a 1:00.09 in the 100 breast, good for fifth-place, and a 1:59.17 in the 200 IM
- At the WVU Invitational, he finished fourth (2:05.23) in the 200 breast and eighth-place overall in the 400 IM (4:07.15)
- Additionally, Bennett competed in the B finals of the 200 IM (1:54.10) at the winter invite
- Took third in the 200 breast against Penn State with a time of 2:11.07; also finished fifth in the 200 IM (1:59.57)

- Placed fifth in both the 400 IM (4:05.18) and the 200 breast (2:06.92) against Notre Dame; also competed in the 200 IM

2019-20 (Freshman)

- Competed in the B finals of the 200 IM, 400 IM and 200 breaststroke at the Big 12 Championship
- Finished seventh in the 1,000 free (10:07.66), eighth in the 200 breast (2:11.56) and 11th in the 200 IM (1:59.72) against Pitt
- Reached the finals in four events at the WVU Invitational, highlighted by a win in the 200 breast B final to take ninth overall with a time of 2:04.54
