• All-Big 12 Second Team
• Earned fourth-fastest time in program history in the 200 back prelims at the Big 12 Championship, finishing in 1:45.87
• Finished sixth overall in the 100 fly (48.45), eighth in the 200 back (1:48.32) and ninth in the 500 free (4:26.46) at the conference meet
• Won the 200 back against TCU, finishing first in 1:50.14
• Also placed third in the 1,000 free against the Horned Frogs in 9:53.87
• Registered a pair of second-place performances at Pitt – 100 back (50.21), 200 back (1:49.56)

• CollegeSwimming.com Men’s Big 12 Swimmer of the Week (Nov. 21)
• Registered a bronze medal in the 1,650 free at Big 12 Championship, touching the wall in 15:36.60
• Took seventh place in the 200 back at Big 12 Championship, earning a time of 1:48.12
• Finished eighth in the 500 free at Big 12 Championship (4:24.90 – NCAA B-cut)
• Won 200 free (1:41.23), 200 back (1:51.18) and 500 free (4:34.23) vs. Villanova
• Earned a second-place finish in the 500 free (4:37.56) vs. Pitt and finished third in the 1,000 free (9:31.95)
• Won 500 free at TCU in a time of 4:40.80
• Swam in the B final of the 200 back at the Ohio State Invite, taking 18th place in 1:48.25; also placed 15th in the 1,000 free at the meet (9:27.99)
• Earned a pair of wins at the Big 12 vs. Big East Weekend, placing first in the 1,000 free (9:27.67) and 500 free (4:36.54)
• Was a part of six wins, including two relay wins, at the West Virginia State Games – 100 fly, 200 back, 500 free, 1,650 free, 400 free relay, 800 free relay

2016-17 (Freshman)

• All-Big 12 First Team
• Posted fourth-fasted 1,000 freestyle time in program history at Pitt (9:32.27)
• A member of second-place 400 and 800 freestyle relay teams at Big 12 Championship
• Placed third in 1,650 freestyle with season-best time of 15:33.78 at Big 12 Championship
• Claimed fifth place in 500 freestyle at Big 12 Championship, posting season- and team-best time of 4:25.31
• Placed seventh in 200 backstroke at Big 12 Championship (1:48.53, season and team best)
• Won 200 backstroke (1:52.10) and 500 freestyle (4:42.01) at Big 12 vs. Big East Weekend
• Won first individual race at WVU in 500 freestyle at West Virginia State Games (4:40.79)
• Claimed 500 freestyle victories vs. TCU (4:39.57) and at Villanova (4:30.84)
• Part of first-place 400 freestyle relay team vs. TCU, finishing with a time of 3:06.41
