Women’s Basketball Announces Exhibition Against Frostburg State

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University women's basketball team has announced the addition of a preseason exhibition game against Frostburg State inside Hope Coliseum on Thursday, Oct. 29, at 7 p.m. ET.
Admission and parking will be free of charge for fans wishing to attend the event. The contest will not be broadcast on TV, but live stats of the exhibition will be available on WVUSports.com.
Fans can get their first look at the 2026-27 Mountaineers, which include returners Gia Cooke and Madison Parrish. The team features 10 highly touted newcomers: Alexis Bordas (Duquesne), Hawa Doumbouya (VCU), Skylar Forbes (Marquette), Kennedy Harris (George Mason), Marya Hudgins (BYU), Khyala Ngodu (UCF), Divine Tumba (Pitt), Zahirah Walton (George Mason), Nylah Wilson (Pitt) and freshman Chante Murray.
