
WVU Men’s Basketball Recognized by NABC

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University men's basketball team was named as a recipient of the 2025-26 NABC (National Association of Basketball Coaches) Team Academic Excellence Award.
The NABC Team Academic Excellence Award recognizes programs that completed the 2025-26 academic year with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher.
In addition, WVU had five student-athletes named to the NABC Honors Court. Those student-athletes receiving NABC Honors Court honors include Jackson Fields, Jasper Floyd, Honor Huff, Chance Moore and Morris Ugusuk.
The NABC Honors Court includes junior, senior and graduate students who finished the 2025-26 year with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
