Naukot Named Student-Athlete of Week

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Sophomore Joy Naukot of the West Virginia University track and field team has been named the WVU Student-Athlete of the Week, presented by University Apartments.
Naukot earned All-Big 12 honors at the 2026 Big 12 Conference Outdoor Championships in Tucson, Arizona, finishing runner-up in the 10,000 meters with a time of 34:05.40.
The Mountaineers will next compete at the NCAA East Preliminary Regional in Lexington, Kentucky, scheduled for May 26–30.
