
Mountaineers Host No. 21 TCU, No. 47 Baylor

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University tennis team (6-3, 0-2 Big 12) returns home the weekend to host a pair of Big 12 Conference matches. The Mountaineers will face No. 21 TCU (8-1, 2-0 Big 12) on Friday, March 6, at 2 p.m. before welcoming No. 47 Baylor (5-4, 1-1 Big 12) on Sunday, March 8, at 10 a.m.
Weather permitting, both matches will be played at the Mountaineer Tennis Courts. If needed, the matches will be moved indoors to the Summit Tennis Academy.
WVU continues conference play after falling at No. 26 Oklahoma State and Kansas State last week. Friday's matchup marks the Mountaineers' first home conference match of the season.
TCU enters the weekend ranked No. 21 nationally, while Baylor comes to Morgantown ranked No. 47.
Fans attending Friday's match against TCU can enjoy pizza and a giveaway while supporting the Mountaineers. Admission to both matches is free.
