2026 Gymnastics Home Meet Promotions Announced

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The promotional slate for the West Virginia University gymnastics team's 2026 home meets have been announced by the WVU Athletics Marketing Office.
The Mountaineers begin their home slate at Hope Coliseum in Morgantown on Saturday, Jan. 24, at 6 p.m., as part of the Beauty and the Beast meet with the WVU wrestling team. Gymnastics will face Big 12 Conference foe Denver, while wrestling will compete against Wyoming in a Big 12 dual.
For the first time, gymnastics is offering season tickets in 2026, giving fans the most affordable and convenient option for supporting the Mountaineers at all four home meets this year. Season ticket pricing is set for $35, and all season tickets will be sold as general admission only. Visit WVUGAME.com to lock in your seats today!

Saturday, Jan. 24 vs. Denver, 6 p.m. – BEAUTY & THE BEAST / GOLD RUSH
Always a fan favorite, Beauty & the Beast returns again this season! Join us at Hope Coliseum to watch WVU gymnastics and wrestling compete simultaneously in one exciting event. The meet also will be a Gold Rush, with all fans encouraged to wear gold to support the two programs. Make sure to arrive early for the Mountaineer Fan Fest, which begins one hour prior to the meet. We will have your favorite Mountaineer Athletics teams, games and activities, face painting and a balloon artist on the concourse. It's an event you won't want to miss!
Friday, Jan. 30 vs. Pitt, Cornell & Kent State, 7 p.m. – WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT MEET / LITTLE MOUNTAINEERS NIGHT
Join us for our annual Women's Empowerment Meet during our only home quad meet of the season! The night will feature a panel of former female WVU student-athletes on the floor prior to the start of the meet, so get to your seats early. It's also Little Mountaineers Night, so it's the perfect night to bring out our younger fans! The first 250 fans in attendance also will receive a free WVU clear makeup bag.
Saturday, Feb. 14 vs. Arizona State, 6 p.m. – GALENTINE'S DAY / PINK MEET
Ladies, it's Galentine's Day, and there's no better place to spend it than Hope Coliseum for a Big 12 gymnastics showdown! Friday, Feb. 27 vs. Arizona, 7 p.m. – COAL RUSH / SENIOR DAY
Honor the 2026 senior class as they take the floor at Hope Coliseum one final time! Following the conclusion of the meet, we will host a recognition ceremony for our seniors. It also will be our Coal Rush meet, with the first 250 fans receiving a free WVU Coal Rush rally towel. Don't forget to wear your black!
In anticipation of the 2026 season, fans can sign up for the Mountaineer Kids Club at WVUsports.com/kidsclub.
Single-meet tickets purchased in advance through WVUGAME.com will be priced at $10. Group tickets for parties of 10 or more will be available for $5 per person in advance. On-site, meet day pricing will be $12 for adults and $10 for seniors and youth (ages 18 and under).
