
Mountaineers Finish Fifth at RMU Colonial Invitational

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University cross country team finished fifth at the RMU Colonial Invitational on Sept. 12 in Clinton, Pennsylvania with 122 team points.
Freshman Aislinn Frazer led the way for West Virginia, placing sixth in the women's 6k with a time of 21:07.90.
Redshirt freshman Jennifer O'Palko crossed the finish line in 25th place at 22:13.70. Junior Audrey Hall followed close behind with 29th place finish in 22:24.50.
Junior Eva Rinker secured 35th overall, recording a time of 22:32.50, while redshirt freshman Ella White rounded out the field for the Mountaineers in 43rd with a mark of 22:42.10.
Next, the Mountaineers will travel to Louisville, Kentucky, to compete at the 24th Swags Louisville Cross Country Classic on Oct. 4.
