
Lake Hits Podium at ISSF Junior World Cup

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Griffin Lake of the West Virginia University rifle team opened competition at the ISSF Junior World Cup with a third-place finish during the opening men's 50m prone event. Lake is competing for Team USA at the event being held in Suhl, Germany.
Lake scored 624.6 across his six series while hitting a series high of 105.3. He broke the 104 series score mark across three series.
Jacob Wisman is also competing at the event as a part of Team USA, turning in a 10th-place finish. He hit a mark of 620.5. Incoming freshman, Jack Ogoreuc is also at the event and finished in 45th place.
