MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University golf team will return to action on Monday at the Lake Las Vegas Intercollegiate in Henderson, Nevada.
The three-day event will be played at the par 72, 7,204-yard Reflection Bay Golf Club. Golfers will play 18 holes on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
West Virginia will be joined by TCU, George Washington, Arkansas State, Texas State, Kansas City, Louisiana, Long Island, Stetson, Boise State, Long Beach State, Northern Illinois, DePaul, Eastern Michigan and Southern Illinois.
WVU's lineup will consist of seniors
Todd Duncan,
Max Green and
Pierce Grieve and juniors
Carson Kammann and
Kaleb Wilson. Freshman
Ryan Leach will compete as an individual.
WVU last appeared in the event in 2022 with the Mountaineers winning the event by 11 strokes (-28). Mark Goetz captured the individual title, shooting 15-under-par to set the school record for the lowest 54-hole total (201).
