MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The No. 17-ranked West Virginia University women's basketball team is set to take on No. 10 TCU on Sunday, Feb. 23, inside Schollmaier Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.
Tipoff against the Horned Frogs is scheduled for 12 p.m. ET. The contest against TCU will be broadcast live on the Mountaineer Sports Network, including 100.9 WZST-FM, with
Andrew Caridi on the call. Fans also can listen to the game on the Varsity Network App.
Additionally, Sunday's game will be broadcast on ESPN2, with Christy Thomaskutty on the call. The matchup marks the fifth time this season the Mountaineers have competed in a national TV game. Live stats and game notes are available on WVUsports.com.
The Mountaineers are in search of its third ranked win of the season and currently sit 2-2 against AP ranked opponents. With a win, WVU would win its most games against ranked opponents since winning four during the 2016-17 season and would be tied for fifth most in a season. It would also be the first time since 2019 WVU has beaten a top 10 opponent and just the ninth win over an AP top 10 team in program history.
The matchup will be the 29th meeting between WVU (21-5, 11-4 Big 12) and TCU (25-3, 13-2 Big 12). West Virginia is 23-5 all-time against the Horned Frogs, including an 9-3 mark when playing inside Schollmaier Arena. The Mountaineers are in search of their 10
th straight win in the series.
The Horned Frogs are led in scoring by Sedona Prince who averages 17.8 points per game. She also adds a team-leading 9.1 rebounds and 3.1 blocks. Hailey Van Lith (17.1) and Madison Conner (15.5) also score in double figures as Van Lith adds a team leading 5.6 assists and 1.4 steals. Connor is the nation's premier three-point shooter, knocking down 101 on the season and shooting at a clip of 45.7 percent.

Kyah Watson has grabbed 8.0 rebounds per game which ranks fifth in the Big 12 while her 3.4 steals per game ranks first and Quinerly's 3.2 steals per game is second.
The Big 12's leaders in steals last season, Watson (90), Quinerly (81) and Harrison (57), are at it again this season averaging over two steals per contest to all rank inside the top five in the conference. Junior guard

Sydney Woodley have also gotten in on the action with 50 and 45 steals this season, giving WVU five players with 45+ steals through 26 games. The Mountaineers are the only team in the country with four players averaging over two steals per game this season.
West Virginia has forced 15+ turnovers in every game this season, including 20+ in 18 games, to average 24.8 per game. The mark ranks third in the nation. The Mountaineers have forced 30-plus turnovers in six games, including a season-high 44. WVU ranks first in the nation with 14.6 steals per game and holds a +9.08 turnover margin.
West Virginia is averaging 77.1 points per game while outscoring their opponents by an average of 23.5 points.
