
West Virginia No. 20 in AP Poll

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University women's basketball team fell to No. 20 in the 11th edition of the AP Top 25 Women's Basketball Poll, released on Monday.
WVU earned 178 points in the poll. Five Big 12 teams appeared in the rankings, including No. 10 TCU (501), No. 11 Kansas State (492), No. 23 Utah (91) and No. 24 Oklahoma State. Baylor is featured in the receiving votes section.
Additionally, the NCAA's NET ranking was released and has the Mountaineers seated at No. 13.
West Virginia takes on Colorado on Wednesday, Jan. 15, inside the WVU Coliseum in Morgantown. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. ET.
