
DeGlopper, Williams earn CSC Academic All-District Team Honors

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced the 2024 Academic All-District At-Large Teams which featured a West Virginia University coxswain and rower.
Coxswain Emily DeGlopper, a graduate from Clarence Center, New York, finished the year with a 3.75 GPA in exercise physiology. Rower Ryleigh Williams, a graduate from Maumee, Ohio, has earned her second CSC All-District honor, having held a 3.87 GPA, while earning a master of accountancy. Both student-athletes competed in every event throughout the 2023-24 season.
Academic All-District honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. DeGlopper is being considered for Academic All-America first-, second- and third-team honors, which will be announced on Tuesday, July 16.
