Haught Sets Personal Best in Waco

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University track and field team completed the first day of the 2024 Big 12 Outdoor Track and Field Championship in Waco, Texas on Thursday night.
Freshman Lily Haught notched a personal best in the women's 400-meter hurdles late into the evening with a time of 1:02.23.
Redshirt sophomore Emily Bryce competed in the women's 1,500 meters for the Mountaineers, running for a 4:38.94 finish.
West Virginia continues in Waco for the second day of the 2024 Big 12 Outdoor Track and Field Championship on Friday afternoon. The Mountaineers are set to compete in the women's 800-meter prelims at 6 p.m. ET, followed by the women's 3,000-meter steeplechase at 8:20 p.m. The championship will be streamed live on Big 12 Now on ESPN+, while live results will be available on WVUsports.com.
