WEST POINT, N.Y. – The No. 3-ranked West Virginia University rifle team collected its sixth straight win of the season with a 4752-4678 result over No. 16 Army on Saturday inside the Tronsrue Marksmanship Center.
Senior
Natalie Perrin scored a perfect 600 in air rifle to become just the ninth Mountaineer in program history to accomplish the feat.
The win extends the Mountaineers' regular season win streak to 19 straight matches. West Virginia claimed smallbore and air rifle with marks of 2360 and 2392, respectively. Army hit marks of 2320 in smallbore and 2358 for air rifle.

Jacob Wisman counted toward the team total in smallbore while Perrin and sophomore
Maximus Duncan counted in air rifle.
Barnick claimed first place on the overall leaderboard, with a season-high mark of 1190. His score of 593 in smallbore tied for a career-best and was also good for first place in the relay. He added a 597 in air rifle.
Syrja finished in second place, after matching season highs for aggregate and air rifle. He posted an aggregate score of 1187 and a 598 in air rifle. He added a mark of 589 in smallbore.
Lake, Blake and freshman
Camryn Camp finished in a three-way tie for third place with similar 1185 scores. Lake posted a 590 in smallbore and a 595 in air rifle, Blake turned in a 588 in smallbore and a 597 in air rifle while Camp produced a 589 in smallbore and a 596 in air rifle. Blake's mark in air rifle was a new career high.
Wisman finished just behind in sixth to give the Mountaineers the top six spots in the field. His 598 in air rifle was a career-high as he added a 584 in smallbore to total 1182 in aggregate scoring.
Duncan was the final Mountaineer in action posting an 1174 (583 SB – 591 AR). His smallbore mark tied a career-high.
It marks the fourth ranked foe WVU has defeated this season.
The Mountaineers are back in action tomorrow at 9 a.m. with a neutral site matchup against John Jay. The competition will take place at the Tronsrue Marksmanship Center.
