
Volleyball Tickets on Sale Now

MORGANTOWN, W. Va. – Tickets are now on sale for the West Virginia University volleyball team's 12 regular-season home matches as announced by the Mountaineer Ticket Office on Monday.
Fans can purchase tickets by visiting WVUGAME.com, calling 1-800-WVU-GAME or at the Mountaineer Ticket Office, located at the Gold Gate of the WVU Coliseum. All tickets are general admission.
When purchasing online, tickets are $5 each and $3 for groups of 10 or more. At the WVU Coliseum ticket window, tickets will be $7 for adults, $5 for youth and seniors and $3 for groups. The discounted online pricing will be available until first serve on game day. Fans are encouraged to order tickets in advance online at WVUGAME.com to avoid lines at the gate.
Tickets for WVU students are free with a valid student I.D.
The WVU Athletics Marketing Office also has announced the 2022 WVU volleyball promotional slate for the season.
West Virginia officially opens its home slate, when the Mountaineers play host to Merrimack, Binghamton and Delaware State as part of the annual Mountaineer Invitational from Sept. 15-16. WVU will give away vouchers for a free hot dog and drink to the first 100 fans in attendance at Thursday's match against the Warriors of Merrimack at 12:30 p.m. ET. Later that evening, the Mountaineers will take on Binghamton at 7 p.m. The match will be the first Weeknight Happy Hour of the season, with half off all beverages from the time gates open one hour prior to the match until first serve. Thursday night's match will also be the first opportunity for fans to pick up a copy of the 2022 schedule poster.
West Virginia returns to the court on Friday, Sept. 16, as the squad goes head-to-head with Delaware State at 6 p.m. The Mountaineers will have WVU football ticket package giveaway ahead of their evening tilt with a raffle for four tickets to the WVU vs. Towson home football game on Saturday, Sept. 17. The match also will be a Weeknight Happy Hour match.
The Saturday, Sept. 24, match against Oklahoma will be WVU's first Big 12 contest of the season. The conference opener will be a Gold Rush match, all fans are encouraged to wear gold. The Mountaineers will be giving away 500 gold rally towels as part of the promotion, courtesy of WVU Medicine. Saturday's contest also will be the Lace Up 4 Pediatric Cancer match, where the Mountaineers will don gold shoelaces courtesy of Go 4 the Goal foundation and WVU Medicine Children's. The match also will be a Mountaineer Kids Club t-shirt pickup day, with special appearances by MKC mascot Musket as well as Mr. Twister's Balloon Art and Face Painting. First serve is at 1 p.m.
West Virginia welcomes Kansas State on Wednesday, Oct. 5 at 6 p.m., for the team's annual Luau night. The first 300 fans in attendance will receive a gold/blue lei as part of the promotion. Friday's match also will be a Weeknight Happy Hour from 5-6 p.m.
The Mountaineers return to the court on Saturday, Oct. 8, to take on Baylor at 1 p.m. Saturday's match will be the annual Pink match, presented by the WVU Cancer Institute. There will be a WVU hair/wrist scrunchie giveaway to the first 150 fans in attendance. Additionally, the WVU Cancer Institute will be on site selling the official 2022-23 WVU Pink shirts for a minimum $10 donation. The match also will be the annual WVU Dance Team's Youth Clinic Day. Interested participants can sign up through the WVU Dance Team's social media pages.

The contest also will feature Weeknight Happy Hour from 4-5 p.m. The matchup with the Jayhawks also will be the first of two home matches televised on ESPNU.
The Mountaineers return to Morgantown on Wednesday, Oct. 26, to take on Iowa State in the second nationally televised home game on ESPNU at 5 p.m. It will be Halloween at the Coliseum with themed promotions and a youth costume contest. Fans also will have the opportunity to enter to win four tickets to the WVU vs. TCU Homecoming football game on Saturday, Oct. 29. It also will be another Weeknight Happy Hour from 4-5 p.m.
WVU's match on Saturday, Nov. 5, at 1 p.m., vs. Oklahoma will be Youth Clinic Day. Sign-up information will be posted in October and will be limited to the first 50 entrants, eighth grade and younger. Saturday's match also will feature a t-shirt giveaway for the first 250 fans in attendance. It also will be Mountaineer Kids Club Day for WVU volleyball with a special food giveaway for Kids Club members in attendance, as well as a t-shirt pickup day. The MKC mascot Musket along with Mr. Twister will be in attendance.
The Wednesday, Nov. 16, matchup with TCU at 6 p.m., will be the final Dollar Night of the season, with all tickets and select concession items available for just $1. Fans also can enter to win a giveaway of four tickets to the WVU football Senior Day game vs. Kansas State on Saturday, Nov. 19. It also is another Weeknight Happy Hour from 5-6 p.m.

Additionally, the first 75 fans in attendance will receive a mini volleyball. The match also will be the final Weeknight Happy Hour of the season. First serve is set for 6 p.m.
