MORGANTOWN, W. Va. – The West Virginia University track and field team travels to the PSU Sykes and Sabock Challenge in University Park, Pennsylvania, at the Multi-Sport Facility & Horace Ashenfelter III Indoor Track, on Saturday, Jan. 29.

The Mountaineers last traveled to Penn State when the squad participated in the Penn State Tune Up on Feb. 21, 2020. WVU registered a pair of victories to go along with eight top-five finishes in their 11th visit since 2014-15.

Katherine Dowie and sophomore
Myesha Nott secured wins for WVU, as Dowie took first in the women's mile and Nott finished first in the triple jump.
West Virginia last saw action at the Youngstown Invitational in Youngstown, Ohio, at Watson and Tressel Training Site, on Friday, Jan. 21.
Redshirt senior
Hayley Jackson earned the Mountaineers a first-place finish in the 800-meter run, in a time of 2:13.56.
Additionally, senior
Sada Wright placed third in the weight throw competition with a distance of 16.74 meters.
