Mountaineers Remain No. 19 in AP Poll

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University women's basketball team (16-3, 10-3 Big 12) remained No. 19 in the latest Associated Press Top-25 Poll, announced Monday.
The Mountaineers received 174 points to rank No. 19 this week. West Virginia is tied for No. 19 this week with DePaul and ranks ahead of No. 21 Tennessee. WVU is ranked behind No. 18 Arkansas.
West Virginia is one of two Big 12 teams featured in today's poll. Baylor (16-2, 11-1 Big 12) received 564 points and remains No. 7 this week.
Next up, West Virginia returns to the road on Wednesday, Feb. 17, for a mid-week matchup against No. 7 Baylor in Waco, Texas. Tipoff from the Ferrell Center is set for 8 p.m. ET, and the contest will be broadcast on Big 12 Now on ESPN+.
