Life as a Mountaineer: Kirah Koshinski

A two-time NACGC/W All-American, junior Kirah Koshinski has proven time and time again that she is one of the best vaulters in women's collegiate gymnastics. The Berwick, Pennsylvania, native explains her vaulting techniques, her motivation to seek constant improvement and her desire to take the West Virginia University gymnastics team to new heights in this week's Life as a Mountaineer WVU Medicine.
