WVU at No. 21 in Coaches Poll

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University women's basketball team dropped two spots to No. 21 in the USA TODAY Sports Coaches Top 25 Poll released on Tuesday.
The Mountaineers (17-5) were previously ranked at No. 19. They are also No. 21 in the Associated Press Top 25, released on Monday,
WVU earned 169 points for the ranking and is one of five Big 12 teams in the poll. Baylor (19-1) leads the league at No. 3 with 729 points, followed by Texas (16-4) at No. 8 with 578. TCU (15-5) is one spot behind WVU at No. 22 with 97 points, while Oklahoma State (15-5) rounds things out at No. 24 with 54 points.
The Mountaineers travel to Norman, Oklahoma, on Saturday for a tilt with the Oklahoma Sooners. Tipoff is set for 3 p.m. EST at the Lloyd Noble Center.
