MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Bouncing back from a first-set loss, the West Virginia University volleyball team won three straight sets to top TCU, 3-1, for its 10th straight win and its first Big 12 victory of the season on Wednesday evening at the WVU Coliseum. The Mountaineers (12-2, 1-0) downed the Frogs (8-4, 0-1) in set scores of 21-25, 25-19, 25-17 and 25-19.
West Virginia moves to 12-2 on the season, tying its 2016 win total. The team's 10-match win streak started on Sept. 2 with a sweep of Tennessee at the Diet Coke Classic in Minneapolis.
