WVU Remains at No. 10 in AP Poll

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Racking up two more wins to remain undefeated, the West Virginia University women's basketball team remains at No. 10 in this week's Associated Press Top 25 Poll, released on Monday.
The Mountaineers (9-0) currently rank at No. 11 in the USA Today Sports Coaches Top 25 Poll released last week. The next USA Today Poll is slated for Tuesday.
WVU earned 504 points and is one of three Big 12 teams to appear in the rankings. No. 6 Baylor leads the way for the league with 625 points, while No. 8 Texas earned 593 points. Additionally, Oklahoma State (54) and Oklahoma (12) received votes in this week's poll.
After picking up wins over Pitt (73-52) and Coppin State (101-43) at home last week, West Virginia makes its annual trip to Charleston, West Virginia, on Saturday. The Mountaineers will host Radford in a 4 p.m. tip at the Charleston Civic Center.
