WVU Launches Partnership with SeatGeek

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - West Virginia University and its ticketing partner Spectra Ticketing & Fan Engagement today announced a new partnership with SeatGeek that allows fans to buy box office tickets to WVU Athletics events directly through SeatGeek’s top-rated mobile app and website.
The unique partnership displays official primary inventory to more than 8 million users who are already searching for event tickets on SeatGeek. Now fans will be able to shop for all available box office tickets on SeatGeek’s web and mobile applications, allowing West Virginia fans to find great deals to see their favorite team at home.
“SeatGeek makes it possible for fans to securely buy tickets directly from the Mountaineer Ticket Office anywhere, anytime with a few taps on their phone” said Matt Wells, WVU Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs.
