Unite for HER Invite Time Change

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The 2016 Unite for HER Pink Invitational College Gymnastics Meet on Feb. 26 will now begin at 5 p.m. at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, in Philadelphia.

The WVU gymnastics team will face Penn State, Temple, Southern Connecticut State and West Chester at the annual invite.

Proceeds from the meet will benefit the Unite for HER (UFH) breast cancer organization. Over the last seven years, the Pink Invitational has successfully raised more than $1.5 million to finance UFH outreach initiatives for women battling breast cancer.

The Mountaineers return to the WVU Coliseum on Sunday, Jan. 24, for a tri-meet against Western Michigan and William & Mary at 2 p.m. It’s a “Dollar Day,” and all tickets and select concessions will be available for $1 each.
