Award Winners for the Towson Game

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - The West Virginia University football coaching staff has named its award winners for outstanding performance in the Mountaineers’ 54-0 win against Towson on Saturday, Sept. 6.

Offensive Champion – Clint Trickett; Defensive Champion – Shaq Petteway; Special Teams Champion – Jordan Thompson; Offensive Scout Champion – Skyler Howard; Defensive Scout Champion – Hunter Brown.

The Mountaineers (1-1) travel to College Park, Md., to face Maryland (2-0) at Capital One Field at Byrd Stadium (51,802) on Saturday, Sept. 13, at Noon. The game will be televised on Big Ten Network.
