The Novi, Mich., native registered the fifth-best vault in indoor program history (3.75 meters) at the YSU Icebreaker on Dec. 6, in the Mountaineers’ first competition of the season.
The West Virginia distance medley relay team finished in second place overall with a time of 12:14.52, while sophomore Hannah Stone placed sixth in the high jump with a mark of 1.65 meters (5-05.00). Stone’s jump was two inches off her personal-best mark of 1.70 meters (5-07.00) set last season.
The Mountaineers return to action next Saturday, Jan. 18, with the WVU Invitational at the WVU Shell Building. Information and a time schedule for the event can be found later in the week at WVUSports.com
