- A passion to become a strength and conditioning coach who wants to coach athletes to achieve their goals

- Seeking internship hours under CSCCa certified mentor (SCCC certification)

- CSCS certified or currently seeking certification

- Possess a great work ethic and the willingness to be punctual

- Eagerness to learn and continue your education
