MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - Check out images from the first day of preseason camp as the West Virginia women’s soccer team kicked off preparations for the 2010 season under 15th-year coach Nikki Izzo-Brown.
The Mountaineers’ first training session took place Wednesday morning at the new WVU women’s soccer training facility. Preseason consists of on-field training twice a day, strength and conditioning workouts, film sessions and individual and team meetings.
West Virginia will continue its preparation leading up to its first exhibition contest against Indiana on Tuesday, Aug. 10, at Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium.
