Jerry Bowermaster joined the athletic department as a business manager in 1994, having transferred from the WVU controller’s office where he had served as supervisor of budget administration. Bowermaster has been an employee of WVU since 1986.
Bowermaster prepares financial statements for the annual NCAA Audit, prepares the EADA (Gender Equity) Report and assimilates various budget and other reports for administrators, coaches, and staff. He is also supervises the accounts payable-payment services function and the game advance function.
A Kingood, W.Va., native, Bowermaster is a graduate of WVU with bachelor degrees in secondary education (1971), economics (1975) and business administration (1975).
Bowermaster and his wife Marsha have three daughters, Camille, Carrie and Jodi, and four grandchildren.
