Swimming: Update on BIG EAST Championships

PITTSBURGH, Pa. - Check back throughout the preliminary session for times and finalists for day two of the 2010 BIG EAST Championships.
Women's 500 freestyle
Morgan Callaway (1st – 4:47.83 - pool record), Rachael Burnett (5th – 4:49.83) and Shaunna Purtell (6th – 4:51.12) will be returning for the finals tonight, while Kata Fodor (9th – 4:53.44) and Robyn Matthews (13th – 4:55.80) will be swimming in the consolation.
Men's 500 freestyle
Jared Goldthorpe (4th – 4:27.42) and Hugh Simmonds (t7th - 4:29.35) will be returning for the finals tonight.
Women's 200 IM
Breanna McCann (4th – 2:01.91) will be returning for the finals tonight.
Men's 200 IM
George Farquhar (10th – 1:51.46) and Martin Vanis (16th – 1:52.99) will be swimming in the consolation.
Women's 50 freestyle
Kayla Andrews (1st – 22.58 – pool record) will be returning for the finals tonight.
Men's 50 freestyle
Brad Eichenseer (3rd – 20.45) will be returning for the finals tonight.
