Basketball: Mountaineer Madness Next Friday

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – West Virginia University will tip off the 2009-10 men’s and women’s basketball seasons with Mountaineer Madness, presented by Coke Zero on Friday, Oct. 16, at 8:30 p.m. at the WVU Coliseum.

Admission to the event is free with an autograph session at the Green and Gold gates beginning at 6:30 p.m. and ending at 8 p.m.

A slam dunk contest, a free throw shooting contest featuring former Mountaineer players and scrimmages by both teams will highlight the Mountaineer Madness festivities.
