Women's Basketball: WVU Stays No. 11

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – West Virginia University’s women’s basketball team (19-3, 8-1) maintained its No. 11 ranking in the ESPN/USA Today Coaches’ Top 25 poll, released today.
The Mountaineers received 475 points, seven more points than it did last week. West Virginia moved to No. 11 in the AP Poll yesterday.
Five other BIG EAST teams are ranked in the poll: No. 2 Connecticut, No. 4 Rutgers, No. 16 Notre Dame, No. 18 Pitt and No. 23 Syracuse.
No. 11/11 West Virginia returns to action Wednesday, Feb. 13, against No. 18/18 Pitt (18-5, 8-2) at 7 p.m., at the WVU Coliseum.
