MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - Paul Evans of Wheeling was randomly selected as this year's winner of the United Bank Meineke Car Care ticket promotion. Evans won two free tickets to Saturday's game at Bank America Stadium in Charlotte featuring West Virginia and North Carolina.
