Men's Basketball: WVU to Play Delaware State

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - The West Virginia University men's basketball team will play host to Delaware State on Tuesday, March 13, in the first round of the National Invitation Tournament. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m., at the WVU Coliseum.
Tickets will go on sale Monday at 10:00 a.m., at the Mountaineer Ticket Office in the WVU Coliseum. Season ticket holders have until 6:00 p.m., on Monday to purchase their reserved seats from the season. Fans can stop by the Coliseum or call 1-800-WVU GAME to purchase tickets. The Ticket Office will be open until 6:00 p.m., on Monday.
Tickets are priced at $20 for lower level seating and $12 for seats in the upper deck. Non-season ticket holders can also purchase upper level tickets on wvugame.com.
Tickets for WVU students will go on sale at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday for $4. The first 500 WVU students will receive a ticket for free admission, courtesy of Coca-Cola. Children under 18 can purchase tickets at the gate only on game day for $4. Student tickets will not be sold on Monday.
West Virginia (22-9) is seeded No. 1 in its region while Delaware State (21-11) is seeded No. 8. Should the Mountaineers win, they will play host to the winner of Massachusetts and Alabama at 9:00 p.m., on Thursday.
WVU will honor regular season parking passes for all NIT home games this year.
