MORGANTOWN, W.Va. -- The West Virginia University coaching staff has selected its award winners for outstanding play in the 45-10 win against James Madison.
Offensive Champion - none; Defensive Champion - ADAM LEHNORTT; Special Teams Champion - SCOTT FLEMING; Offensive Scout Champion - CHRIS BASSLER; Defensive Scout Champion - JUSTIN KNAPP; Special Teams Scout Champion - KRIS TAWNEY; Hammer Award - BOBBY HATHAWAY.
The 4-0 Mountaineers visit Virginia Tech for a noon game Saturday in Blacksburg that will be televised by ESPN.
