Taylor Garcia joined West Virginia University Athletics after being named the director of operations and strategic engagement for Gold & Blue Enterprises, Inc. in September 2025.
Garcia previously served as the director of NIL & strategic initiatives for Country Roads Trust. In this role, she led day-to-day operations across name, image and likeness (NIL), events, partnerships and donor engagement. She also created, distributed and tracked over 300 NIL contracts for WVU student-athletes.
Garcia earned a B.A. in communication from the University of New Mexico.
