Olivia Roe joined West Virginia University Athletics as a sports physical therapy fellow in July 2026
Before joining WVU, Roe was a sports physical therapy resident at MHealth Fairview in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, she provided event coverage for club, high school and collegiate athletic event. She also split time between a clinical setting and a division one athletic training room to help with rehab services.
Prior to her time in Minneapolis, Roe worked as a physical therapist at Michigan State University. She has been part of multiple teams with publications in national research, and she has volunteered extensively in the field.
Rose earned a B.S. in kinesiology from Michigan State and became a doctor of physical therapy at the University of Michigan-Flint.
